... taking a Moral standpoint, and being Frustrating.

So that probably answers the question.

You can't light one up in a public space because it's considered immoral to force other people to inhale your second hand smoke. So that's pretty frustrating.

I think Hamlet's a dark comedy - not a tragedy - and that's all I want to say on the subject, because it's nearly Christmas, and everyone should be having fun.
