In our college, we have an award called "most improved" I don't like the title as it seems to imply ineptitude to begin with. Can you suggest another title for such an award?

I see the term "most improved as relative" i.e. the person who goes from a 1 to a 4 is not as improved as the person who goes from a 5 to an 11 even though they ovbiously has ability at the start. Phew!!
Make the most of having awards anyway, if the politically correct mob have their way then there will be no awards because it might make the people who don't get them feel inferior.
