I've just learnt a new word "Klatch" my American friend used it to describe a sorta 'Coffee morning'
I live down south of UK and have never heard it before, I wondered though if anyone else out there uses it or has even heard of it.

Chambers(10th) lists it as; a coffee party or similar social function. Derived from German 'Klatsch' meaning gossip
