According to my dictionary, pilau is a dish of spiced rice, often with chopped vegetables, meat, or fish added. It's a Turkish word, and comes from pilav = cooked rice, so I reckon pilau is the word that you want.

im pretty sure there is a dish called nasi-goreng, or something similar. Rice with chcken or pork
