Is it possible to tune itv2 in on a sky digital system in ireland?

Hopefully works for you, although I'm not sure how often Sky change the frequencies etc.

Sky do not change the frequencies of a channel normally, as being broadcast digitally there are actually 10 or so channels compressed onto one frequency. www.satcodx.com provides comprehensive listings of any satellite in the world, incl. Astra.

Whether ITV2 will appear in your EPG is a different matter, as that is regionally set by Sky through your viewing card and registered address.
