I've glanced over it - the first few posts were vaguely amusing, but the problem is that in order to be able to speak Franglais you actually need to be able to speak French otherwise it doesn't work at all. It's a bit like those people who think that all you have to do in order to speak mediaeval English is to stick '-eth' onto the end of every word.
Compare the art of deliberately playing an instrument badly. You need actually to be able to play it well first, like Les Dawson, Victor Borge etc...
