3d.Autumn work for one on a ship up here? O?E?S?. I think its 'odessa' with ode = work and SSA being a SS up. Where is the autumn elemnt of the word play?.Also stuck on 22ac. City signing Porto's centre half(6). I have N?N?P? but am totally in the dark! Have I gone wrong somewhere?

Ode might be Autumn work as in Keats' Ode to Autumn (Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness!) but it's a bit weak as there are odes written to many things.
