Hi Mark
I noticed your comment to Clairehunnie and i felt really uncomfortable with this, I personally know Clairehunnie and can i just explain that she is a very quite and nice girl, I don't feel i should need to explain her abilities to you but i do understand it can be very frustrating when someone does not comply to the guidelines. I know if any of the AB's knew this girl they would feel quite different about her and many of them have made no comments at all. One thing i know she does get right is that she does enter her question into Crosswords unlike me and many others who put this into Quizzes & Puzzles. I will try to explain the guidelines to her in a way that she might understand them and hopefully i might not see anymore upsetting answers to her questions. Hope she still uses AB and that we can start to see some Thanks to all of the many AB's including yourself that have helped her and continue to do so.

Oh yes please do explain to her Blackpearl88, I have explained to her, showed
her how to enter but she pays no attention and has yet to say THANK YOU, she
has been on the site from 2007, and yes I put my crossword questions in Q & P as I
have explained before I find I get a reply QUICKER and others have agreed with me.
So yes PLEASE do have a word with her.

Crosswords can go in Quizzes and Puzzles, IMO, it's a header - but they are better in Crosswords. I don't think putting them in Q&P is wrong. I didn't see the comment being discussed ^ so don't know what it's about - but I know I too have added requests to clairehunnie to explain more about her clues etc., put them all in one post etc. - but trying to be helpful to all of us, who are trying to help her!

460 questions...54 answers. says it all, really. but - we do have to remember it is ANSWERBANK - so surely it is about asking questions? just because she doesn't post regularly in other sections and chat does not have a bearing on saying thank you. can i just remind everyone it is a difficult balance to acieve both? x

Trim I am FEMALE I was on as PoorClare before changing to poortony because of a
problem with my computer. Q & A had been going for sometime before the Crossword site came along and it took awhile before kicking in.
clairehunnie has come on both sites, its the fact that she gives very little
info and NEVER says Thank you that bugs poster.
