Remove rough edges from part of speech in Durham? ?U?R Is it burr I thought it should be deburr? And if so what is the Durham connection?

Speakers of the traditional English dialect of Northumberland and County Durham used an uvular 'r' known as the "Northumbrian burr".

A burr is also a tool for removing burrs (the small flakes of metal) after a machining process.
