Good morning to one and all. Pretty grey here this morning with yet more showers forecast - great, you wait weeks for a shower of rain and then loads come together!!!

not really chilly, it was chilly when i worked in russia that was -30c at least this is a plus lol

I'm in catering, working in remote place's currently, Exxon are builing a gas pipe line across Papua New Guinea, I am part or the crew that service and run there accomadation and kitchens. thers about 1200 onsite at the moment

Chris, British, toasted, black coffee please. How long have you been cheffing? Our eldest lad has been a chef for 18 years but has never worked away from home - yet.

Well im 53, started at the age of 15, so 38 year, don't cook to much now days as im the mobalization manager, ensuring the camps, rooms kitchen get set up as we move up the line. we have 8 expats and about 110 locals to do the whole job.

I move to Australia from England 1990 best thing I ever did,I now live in Thailand but work all over the world.
