trouble with 3 answers

I'm having real trouble with 3 answers - all are place names in Australia! and I've done all kinds to get the answers to no avail.
Hope someone can help me.

1. Vehicle taking strong liquor back to a small place in NSW(7)
pattern:
C - M - R - A

2. Vicar about to manage town northeast of Port Lincoln(6)
pattern:
- E - R - N

3. Name of town changed to Miami(7)
pattern:
M - T - A - 0..........(seems to be an anagram of TOMIAMI)
