I've checked all the usual anagram solvers and come up with gibberish (not the answer). factor30, I spotted Ipocinesi but I think it's normally got the a at the end, Ipocinesia, as in the disease.

Dunno about LOL Boxtops - it is perhaps more indicative of the fact it is my day off and the winds are howling so badly that I can't go for a run, so I'm now on my third Quilmes and have little better to do except listen to a few new CDs and get the hoover out and leave it plugged in about five thirty so that my other half will think I've done some housework.
