1d, 4a and 16a and 19a don't suggest anything to me; not as well read as I should be? I can guess the last parts of 1, 4 and 16, but not sure where in my Brewer to look - as it doesn't give 38/39 for example. Any HINTS please?

Do you have 18d - it's the most well known one as it's the actual title
it does give 38 & 39 - they belong together to form one
