Hi all

Hopefully I'm not treading on Mintyman's toes but as I know a number of people enjoy The Spectator crossword I have saved a pdf of it and can email it out to interested parties.

To save me doing it one by one I thought anyone who was interested could post their email address and I will set up a distribution list and send it every week.

I will wait until 12ish and send it in one go.

The only quid pro quo is that K and Roslyn in particular have to keep helping me with any clues I'm stuck on.

PS- I entered as my fiance and 'she' was runner up this week and as it is her birthday she can keep the £20 prize.

A bit late I'm afraid because I had trouble registering, but add me to the list please, [email protected]
Many thanks
Duly received. Many thanks DJA. You're obviously performing a much appreciated public service.

Would you believe it! I sent a solution in my wife's name to 2064 and she has won First Prize! It's obviously the thing to do to improve the chances of success.
Thank you djawhufc. ;o)
Just a question, dja. If it's possible to access the latest crossword via the Exact Editions website, why can't the pdf link be posted here as usual? Why take on all this extra work with mass e-mailing if one of us subscribers can simply pass on the link? I've just downloaded the pdf myself from this address: http://www.exactediti...=75&size=3&format=pdf

Hi Ironie

I tried that myself but it didn't work. You are obviously more advanced than me I'll try it again
Question Author
Can someone who is not a subscriber of exact editions check Ironie's link- I just logged out of exact editions and the link doesn;t seem to work for me which was the problem I had before and why I thought of emailing it
Question Author
I wonder whether you have to be a subscriber on exact editions to see it Ironie- perhaps with your greater IT skills you can help?
Hi dja

I usually do the Spectator before starting work on Thursday, but we've been away overnight and have only just got in. hope I'm not too late to take advantage of your generous offer: [email protected]

Many thanks

Thanks DJA.
If subscribers have problems downloading the crossword, what's the point?
Postal copies take days, sometimes even weeks, to arrive here, and as far as I understood the web site, I need iTunes to load it!!!
