I'm sure it's been noticed that there is a discrepancy with the cryptic & plain clues for 17d.

I emailed the Puzzles Editor for clarification & he has replied, saying the error lies with the page-setters & that the clue to work with is the cryptic one -

17d Robert will sound out decoration on a hat (6)

The plain clue - "Historical name for Anatolia" is incorrect & should be ignored.
