Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I'm going to sleep on it .
I often find that it all falls into place the next day .I do struggle a bit at times with the Speccie depending on who sets it .Sometimes it's a breeze..
Doc is usually easy though.
Plus I don't have the books .No Brewers and in this case no ODQ and rely on my Chambers and Bradfords,Google and what little brain I have left ...

If you look at the diagonals at 5d (start with P) & 21d you'll note two creatures which don't blend in!

Well done bakajiji.. I'm still none the wiser .I've filled the grid ,got the person and the quote and am left with the unclued lights which make no sense to me at all .

Well Kayakamina - I filled the grid and settled on 'preen' and 'hosiers' for no apparent reason. I could have looked all day for the two camouflaged items and never seen them but I guess that was the idea (see Darwin) ! Lavatch you excelled yourself this time. But are they to be highlighted or not, the preamble makes it a little difficult to make out. H Ha-ha !!!
