28 down. Clue: Thing that's essential to one's nearest and dearest (3). I have: R?? Also, 30 across. Clue: Company banks new and old money in Tallin (4). I have; ??N? The third letter of 28 down is the same as the first letter of 30 across. Could someone please explain 14 across; clue: International for a short time retained cap. I have: K?P? It must KEPI but can't see the word play. Help please.
