Forth = Forwards around u = united + estate = park. The press is called the fourth estate.

I think the forwards may be forth and the Estate may be the park and the U comes from United?

I'd never have solved that one. I can almost always work backwards from the answer or find a word that fits then work backwards but often can't solve them just from the clue
