6D is 'entente cordiale' (ENT is ear nose and throat 'part of hospital', the rest is an anagram of 'notice leader')
3D seems to be 'wind-chill factor'. At least, 'companion' is 'CH' (Companion of Honour abbr), 'sick fellow' is 'ill f', and 'actor' is 'extra'. But I'm not quite clear on exactly how 'wind' translates as 'Players attending'. WI (West Indies, cricket) could be players, and 'ND' (non-delinquent - appears in some articles on delinquency but Google doesn't seem to be able to conjure it out of any online dictionaries as an official abbreviation) could be 'attending'.
