some help with D/E sumthing puzzle

top row 3x7=21 second row 6+4=10 third row 9+3=12

I found the best way to start was find the only numbers that will go with 6. As the answer is double digit it has to be over 3. So could only be 410 or 713 . Then as the other answers are double digits too then sums must have higher numbers in so see what fits from the remaining numbers.
Hope that's helpful, not assuming you haven't already thought about it.

Does mallyh's work?
Maybe I misunderstood- I read it that they probably wanted the sum of the first line an dthe second line to equal the 3rd line.
In mally's case 21+10 doesn't equal 12

It depends whether the 1st and 2nd lines need to add up to the third.

If they don't then you could have
1 x 2= 02

6+7=13
9+4=13

I also assumed the line that says === meant equals but maybe it doesn't so it's a lot simpler.

The layout confused me at first too factor, but I think the puzzle is just to fit the given numbers to the sums
