I actually prefer a separate thread so that we can focus on one clue and not get posts relating to clues that have already been solved

In thread one there is a link to the PDF, otherwise without the puzzle and it's instructions we are shooting blindfold.

I find individual threads easier too! With long ones, you're never too sure which answers remain unsolved without lots of reading and cross referencing.

This one's actually OK since lomax is numbering his threads - it's the ones where there are lots of separate clues all with the same title which ca prove problematical!

We all work in different ways but I'm put off by threads where people ask for lots of clues. I prefer to deal with one or two clues and then as those are answered it gives the poster more letters to enter when he/she posts another clue.

I was speaking generally, it is rare that someone will say 'I cannot do any' then ask them all, most want a few to get them going. I believe Lomax has done the above in a fit of pique.
