thanks all, katburd you are right I queried the spelling of duffel but it came back duffle, must be different coats in bonny Scotland.

yes vakayu I have noticed, long may it continue, I did phone the office again regarding fair play, if there were two possible answers to a clue they should accept either, as it is at the moment only one answer is acceptable to them, the one provided by the setter,so she will pass the message on.
