Wordplay question please. 11A Express poll, underlying support unchanged (2,2) Fairly sure it is 'as is' but cant see why. (Maybe an acronym for a poll?)
Also, 21A Pieces of fiction adsvanced before reality's hit. (5,5) Sure it is 'fairy tales' - anagram reality's + FA Where does the FA come from? Thanks in advance

Thank you both for those thoughts. Perhaps 11 is one of those 'self referential' (if thats what they are called) clues, which i usually admire but picking first two letters is very poorly indicated it seems to me! As for (b)asis, still cant really see it. Is it just me? Maybe just poor clues. Anyway, thanks again.
