Can anybody help me please with 30across "Staff instruction to get a move on" (7). I've got "Allegro" which fits in with letters I've got but I can't totally justify it to myself! Would really appreciate some help....thanks a lot.

staff = baton
'Allegro' looks fine - a musical instruction on a staff, or stave
allegro = a brisk and lively tempo in music. Hence "staff"
A staff is an alternative name for a musical stave (the lines on which the notes are written) and 'allegro' means 'fast' or get a move on....
