Do you think it makes any difference how you write the address on the envelope.
The first line is so long it is a real struggle to fit it on.
Sometimes I squash it up to fit but today I spread it over two lines.
Do you think they just bin the entries that have the first line spread over two lines?
Trivial I know but could make me try harder to make it fit if they do.
Anyone any ideas?

But have you won danny? Would they reject yours because it was incorrect?

Thank you WBM.
One of the longest names for a Crossword and totally annoying when writing the envelope. Only just beats the tiny space allowed solvers to enter their address on the Telegraph GK Crosswords.
As long as it's got the full postal address on the envelope and reaches its destination, I don't see that it matters.
I've always used two lines (but on the other hand I've never won!)
i do it over two lies and did have the good fortune to win once.

I would suggest the Postcode is the important part
i reckon we should get stamps made up --with an inkpad so we dont get rsi writing the address down every time
If we entered 4 crosswords a week by post that would cost over £100 a year in stamps alone. Few of us would win prizes worth that in a year. We must do it for the fun of it
