I know some of you have had problems with WorldPay taking your money and the DT site then telling you your subscription is cancelled or expired. Can anyone tell me how long DT took to rectify the problem after you contacted them? (Hopefully not as long as the last appalling debacle).
I had the same problem a week or so ago. I sent them an email indicating my disgust and a printout of the WorldPay payment proof. I expected it to take several days but got an answer back within a couple of hours and was able to play puzzles again immediately.
