wobbly
The usual phrase is "throw a wobbly". Like you, I can't parse "wobbly"
wobbly
Wobbly - suggests an anagram ?
Throw a is an anagram of hot war
I think the setter means "wobbly" for anagram of "hot war". "Throw a" is wobbly!
