i've only been downloading it for a few months and having clues without definitions in the weekly prize crossword seems to have been introduced just this month

I used to like the Guardian crossie on a Saturday but it hasn't been the same since Araucaria passed away ,so don't bother with it now.
Nobody can match his wit and imagination ..imho.
