9. Dressing girl is on a N.E. whirl (10). These answers have me completely baffled, any help appreciated!

Please can you give an example of one you've solved?
I'm not clear whether the whole answer is a girl's names or whether a name is hidden in the answer (eg if an answer is EVERYBODY the hidden name is EVE)
