I know I should not start a new string but this is a new day and a considerable period of time since my original one. I am still looking for help with 15 across - Old Poet's outlaw to be transported briefly E?U?; 22 ac Jockey cunning, abandoning one in local fair V?E?L?E and and 21 down Place applied for expansion ?L?SED Would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

p.s. you can use the return/enter key to put text, e.g. clues, on a new line because a question/reply only gets submitted when that button is clicked. Usually when I see a block of text like your question I can't be bothered to work out where one clue ends and the next begins so don't even try to solve them.
