Have been wrestling with 3 inter-related clues to no avail - viz 28 across Test bed's temperature not constant TOU??; 15 down Easing off outside pub served up some fish ?ENNI?AYS and 23 down Fuels in Texas developed by Shell, ultimately they succeeded ET??ES Can anyone help me please as I am going quietly nuts! Tim is obviously taking lessons from Paul

Thank you very much Neveracrossword - I had Eye Liner whereas if I had had Lip Liner I would have saved myself a lot of trouble - I had found Nennigais in Chambers but of course the"Y" made me discard it! I could not figure out the Touch either - misunderstood the clue!! Many thanks again
