i'm not bothered about best answers because, when viewing AB, i have the best answer and related questions parts of the page removed automatically because they're an unnecessary waste of screen space

boxtops - in firefox (and related browsers) there is an add-on called Customize Your Web which automates such things (e.g. removing objects from the page or automatically clicking on a button within it)
