Danny - Thank you my friend. Not very good at the parsing lark, just go with intuitive guesses most of the time but usually get there in the end!

Margo, it will come to you, I have more than sixty years experience of cryptic crosswords.

Danny - I only started two years ago and I'm getting there, but there's lots I don't know. For instance Oxford university press. I very often just go for what I think is a key word, in this instance 'association', and get the answers from there.
