I can see OP inside POUND but can't account for the R - can someone show me the embarrassingly obvious thing I'm missing please.

Thanks - I did consider pro but I still can't see how that fits "take work". Pro is a noun or an adjective.
Looks like there's a word missing in the clue to give the 'R'.
