I have M*D*A* That suggests Med*a* (e for i in mid) but where in Arabia fits" medway seems a bit far off and my brain is not allowing me to get beyond that!

Medina is what I had and it now doesn't fit. And Captain2's answer is what I don't get. If you swap the i for the e it becomes Medway but is there a Medway in Arabia as well as Kent?
