Can some kind person give me a push here? I'm expecting to see the description of the country in a quote by the ruler of that country in the ODQ but to no avail. Is my edition (7th) out of date? Any help appreciated. Thanks

The quotation is in French as spoken by De Gaulle (25a).

The entry in ODQ is the English version.

I've been busy babysitting grandaughters, and until today, I've been lucky completing crosswords without having to resort to asking for help. lol I hope you are in good health too.
