27 must be USER but I cannot find any dictionary defining that as "selfish person".

30 is presumably REEFER but where does the other E from "referee" go to? Not very satisfactory.

Thank you all for confirmation of USER definition.

Clue to 30 is "Referee collapses due to drugged cigarette". Obviously should be an anagram (collapses) of REFEREE but this gives one too may E's for the answer REEFER. Is it just a faulty clue?
