14 across. Clue: The morning crossword in a Sunday paper was stunning (6). I have: A?A?E? May be AMAZED but can't parse. 18 across. Clue: Officer hiding behind one lieutenant (6). I have: ?A?S?O. ,I can only think of CASSIO, "lieutenant" in Julius Caesar. 26 across. Clue: Poor or very good (4). I have: ?E?N. Help please.

Thank you Scorpio. When I was a boy my Father always took the (Manchester) Guardian but after the Suez crisis he wouldn't have it in the house so out of loyalty to him I have never taken it either which of course, is silly but that is why Azed has never appeared on my radar. Thanks also to you sedge.
