i can see where you're coming from but I am sure that the "A" at the end is correct (island sheep) LOCHTAN making it end in THA thanks

sorry scorpio the answer i have for the corresponding clue is LOGHTAN (an alternative spelling of LOAGHTAN THE CLUE READS, "Island sheep: record number seen around both ends of hot year i have L?G?T?N
