To me, "this" indicates the definition follows, after moving the back of 'Kiwi' to the front, so I put 'Wiki'

I agree but, as always, I lacked confidence in this type of clue.

It OUGHT to be WIKI, based on the positioning of the 'in' which conventionally is your 'what follows is the definition' signpost. We'll hold our breaths until next week.

Shame you could only get the two Is - most 'either/ors' are decided by how known letters turn out.

The published Correct Answer was WIKI, which is fine. The published Winner was not me, which is dreadful. At least I don't have to send a strongly worded missive to TMoS about putting KIWIs where they shouldn't. Mine ought to be selected as Best Answer in this debate, but the world is full of injustices, so I bet it won't...
