Graised my elbow when I collapsed 2 weeks ago. Thought nothing of it.Just had a plaster put on ay casualty. About 5 days ago experienced the most awful pain in it. Swollen but mobile with pain and difficulty. Not broken but my resident nurse thinks it is Tennis Elbow as a result of the heavy thump it got when I demonstated the law of gravity. Only rest and pain killers are the cure and I do not want to rely on painkillers so rather painful and restless night.

Definitely not at the moment. hard to carry a cup of tea let alone a rifle. Don't start shooting till March so have time yet. Can still type though,albeit slowly, as I proved earlier. :-)
