Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I walso wondered if the 20c one could be FIVE- some sort of play on words for 5 fours (for us)

Understood now that you mention it but youd expect we hear or similiar in clue . however food for thought im dubious about eire .tanx

I would not discount DIME. I know that a dime is only 10 cents not 20 cents but, based on some of the RTE clues I've seen on here before I think the clue may be alluding to the Irish capital city of Dublin. If you're 'dublin' a dime you get 20 cents. This crossword sometimes doesn't bother with 'sounds like' indicators (see the Maze clue for example)- it just relies on you reading the clue with an Irish accent

I have just come on, am working to get this finished, I would go for 7d dime as Eire is a country and the currency is the Euro (could be wrong)
I am stuck on the following:
