Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

grandstand just doesn't fit, the clue is as mise123 writes it, again and again is so obviously the answer - I had lewd for 4d as it sounds like loud with an Irish accent,say something openly, I gave up after that, answers are due in by Thursday, I put mine in the fire today

I should have taken a better look at the numbers, that would explain how grandstand fits -I need to book in with an optician

I'm still confused and don't know which answer was wrong in mise's pattern. I'd be interested to know whether MEAN or LEWD fit.

Thanks to all for answers but it would appear that it's 22/10 which does fit again and again. I kept ;looking at 10/22 stupid of me

Okay, thanks- I'm glad it's sorted, but whichever way we looked at it AGAIN AND AGAIN would not fit your pattern as given here as you had the string ?N?N?A?N, so the second N looked wrong- hence my queries about where the dodgy N came from. Was that the N from MEAN? Did you settle on Mean?

and 22a is again mean and grandstand seem correct with this combination
it just took a while to figure it our.
