Thanks Hussar for your welcome. Alas the actual op,thus far,went swimmingly but the post op treatment has become a little disasterous with further complications to now surmount. :-(

Have just read your Chatterbank piece. You sound to have had a pretty horrific time of things - you must be a strong bloke to withstand all those events. Lucky Mrs. Retro is a sound sleeper but I'm sure she is totally sympathetic.

I am almost finished, the removal went fine, BUT my gas cooker, washing machine and drier were removed from my last address last Thursday, and they were supposed to be back in the new house by now, SO... I telephoned them today and said that I would get onto Facebook and tell people how your firm treated disabled pensioners, Guess what? I got a call back within minutes and they are coming this evening, I hope. xxx
