The Big Issue Crossword (1206) - Cryptic
4 Answers
11A: It sounds as if it could be what makes the door stick! (4)
- A - -
I'm putting JAMB
17A: Sympathetic official at the employment exchange? (4,9)
- O - S - - - F - R - E -
I'm putting JOB'S COMFORTER
which leads to letters for the one I'm stuck on:
12D: Expressing a reservation (7)
B - O - I - G
I'd say BOOKING but can't find a definition or synonym to tie "Expressing" in - am I looking into this too deeply - is this one not actually as cryptic as I am expecting?
Also, does anyone know if the Big Issue recycles crosswords? Whenever I google a clue I'm stuck on, I'm always directed to the Huddersfield Daily Examiner.
As always, thanks for any help :-)

Suggests booking means "going fast", i.e. like an express prain.
All rather tenuous, though.
