This was very late appearing on prospect website , hence the lateness in submitting...........been trying to submit online with the usual address [email protected] the email just bounces back and won't send.........anyone else having/had problems submitting?

It could be that they're being precise when they say "Entries must be received *BY* 3rd June."

Perhaps their system blocks entries sent on the closing date?

Yes- that address is given on their website but my email was rejected too
