Dm online, is anyone else having trouble submitting....checked and rechecked and can see nothing wrong....any unusual spellings, I have gelid which was new to me, thanks
Still won't submit. Getting same 'Error' message as for previous two days. Pretty sure my answers are correct otherwise I'd get 'Sorry that's not right' message. Any suggestions?
Danny's. I deleted today's Mail from past issues, and opened it up again. Is that what you meant? Either way, I re-entered the answers and still got the same message! I guess it must be me. Is there a Plan B?
Only thing I can suggest is that you contact Mail Plus on 0800 272 0808 and see if they can explain it. I use a Kindle Fire, so maybe it is something to do with your tablet.I am really at a loss to explain what is happening.
Thanks again Dannyk. Phoned them (0808) and they're sending me some instructions. Something about using a different browser, clearing history and cookies so I'll see if that helps.

Followed the instructions - but still no luck! What *** me off is that it all worked fine until those error messages at their end started. I've got other things to do now so I'll have to return to it later.
The person at Mailplus was helpful but did mention as I'd purchased the app via ITunes (I think), they're the ones to provide IT support.
