Does anyone use a crossword solver? I have the Seiko Oxford Crossword Solver ER3700 but I have a,ways had problems with it sticking on some of the letters, especially the ? Which is used most. It seems to be the most popular but I wonder if anyone else has used a better one.

I have same one as you , and have problems with the on/off button. Frustrating!

I think it depends on what crossword you're doing and which dictionary the particular crossword compiler uses...

Danny, that site you mentioned looks very like the anagram-solver site that I occasionally use. Must be the same person/ people.

Hi, I have the same problem with mine, mainly with the up/down buttons.
I have purchased a new one for £27. I am also going to try a repair to fix the buttons. I will keep you posted as to whether this works or not.

try the online crossword solver its briliant also tells you the meaning of the words

Muddlebrain yes I sometimes use the online one but I find the handheld one is quicker to use, especially for Codewords Franklyn Collins Bradford Crossword Solve. Especially for Codewords which have no clues.
