Just bumping you up Buenchicos' Honours List ;-)
Thank you 1ozzy. I use crossword solver!
Question Author
Me too, are you a member of the forum there?
No, I just tell them how many letters and how many placed and let them get on with it, fair dinkum don't you think, lol!
Question Author
Fair call.

Up early or been out partying?
This free dictionary program (rather than a website) has a superb 'wildcard' feature, that's excellent for filling in the missing letters of words:
http://www.sequencepublishing.com/1/thesage.html
It also offers definitions, synonyms, hypernym, hyponyms, antonyms and much more. It's what I use when compiling crosswords and I can highly recommend it for help with solving them!
No, no partying. Went to church to see the new year in. The internet went down just before the bongs, but I saw the fireworks when it came back.
Do you have bongs in Oz?
Question Author
Looks interesting Chris, many thanks.
Reckon I'll give it a whirl, I don't compile but I do enter a few clue writing competitions occasionally.
Question Author
We do!! but you can get arrested for owning one ;-)
Yes, do give it a try, 1ozzy. It's 100% free and a totally safe download. (Well, I've loaded it onto many computers over the years and none of them have blown up yet anyway!). I regard it as one of the best freebies (of any sort) on the web and I'm amazed that it's not better known!
In case Cupid04 is confused, I think our antipodean friend is referring to this:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bong ;-)

Australia can't have one 'national clock' to notify people of the start of a new year, simply because there are five different time zones!
