taking lamictal tablets 200mg and with these st john`s wort low dosage could i increase to the higher dosage?? good idea or not please help??

no its not a good idea..st johns wort can stop your other tablets working!!! you should either take the prescribed medicine or the st john wort not both at the same time..
I assume you are taking Lamictal as an anti-epilepsy treatment, in which case, you should not be taking St John's Wort at all as it can interfere with the Lamictal see this BBC link for confirmation. http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/healthy_living/complementary _medicine/remedies_herbs.shtml#st_john's_wort
